About the role

On behalf of our client, a leading provider of Financial Management Software Solutions & Services, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior C# Developer to join their established product team in Athens.

 

A day in the life of a C# Developer

The ideal candidate should be familiar with Microsoft principles and able to demonstrate good knowledge of the latest Microsoft technologies. You must be driven, hard-working and passionate about development. You will need to show commitment in producing high quality code.

Your day to day

  • Contribute in phases of the development lifecycle and ensure quality standards are adhered to
  • Take part in the Problem and Change Management processes by implementing bug fixes, upgrades and enhancements to company’s clients
  • Support client’s rollout events ensuring implementations are successful in delivering enterprise software of high quality
  • Be responsible for the quality and timeliness of own work
  • Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies, methods and tools

What you will need

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 1+ year working experience in Microsoft technologies using C# and .NET framework
  • Proven record in developing software components within multi-tiered application architecture (client, middle tier, database, etc.)
  • Experience in Windows Forms or XAML or HTML 5
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server

Great to have

  • Experience with Angular 2+ and Typescript
  • Experience with development of web services using WCF or Web API
