On behalf of our client, a global leader in third-party services provider, specialized in the sector of Technical Audits, Inspections, and Certification, we are currently looking for a self-driven German Speaker 1st level IT Support, to join its IT department.

A day in the life of a 1st level IT Support 

You will be an expert in the field of IT Support. You will be responsible for informing and operating instructions and analyzing and troubleshooting incidents and measures.

Your day-to-day

• Inform and operate instructions for the handling of devices and software 
• Analyze and troubleshoot measures 
• Log the results of the analysis and information for troubleshooting in the trouble ticket 
• Analysis, qualification and prioritization of  incidents 
• Fix problems in the area of the operating system or system software installed on the client 

What you will need

• Any relevant experience in 1st level IT Support
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
