About the role
On behalf of our client, a leader in the area of Information Security, we are looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic Junior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Consultant to join their international team, based in Athens.
A day in the life of a Junior IAM Consultant
You will have the opportunity to work in a demanding and rapidly growing area of IT solution delivery, exposing you to a wider range of real-world customer challenges and systems and solutions across a diverse range of industries. You will work in a collaborative team environment and be provided with the support and personal development (training) to become a fully integrated and productive consultant.
What you will need
- Degree in IT related subject (or close to completion)
- 0-1 year of experience in the development of C#/VB.NET and/or Java/J2EE solutions
- Familiarity in the development of SQL (any flavour)
- Familiarity with development against documented APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills – both in written and verbal English
- Self-motivation and ability to take a pro-active approach to work assignments
- Willingness to travel – this role can require some client-site work
- A desire and interest to work for the Information Security Sector
What is nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript and one of the major JavaScript MVC frameworks (preferably Angular)
- Directory experience (AD, Azure, LDAP)
- SaaS deployment experience
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures
- Knowledge of Cloud architectures and complex enterprise On-Premise IT landscapes and hybrid Cloud/On-Prem architectures
- Knowledge of enterprise identity lifecycle management processes and standards
- Proven track record in working as part of a team, meeting deadlines, tutoring/mentoring
