On behalf of our client, one of the largest multinational companies within Energy & Gas Sector, we are currently looking for highly skilled, creative and passionate Lead MS Dynamics Engineer, to join its innovative IT department.

A day in the life of a Lead MS Dynamics Engineer

You will be responsible for the flawless operation of company’s CRM core system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and relevant CRM tools. You will ensure all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other company applications & operating systems.

Your day-to-day

• Provide subject matter expertise for MS Dynamics 365 CRM tool while proposing and deploying solutions to fulfill business needs
• Define requirements related to core systems change requests and implement changes based on best-practices (solution design, application configuration, functionality testing, solution implementation of CRM related requirements)
• Provide technical and process guidance to other members of the team and CRM project work streams
• Play a hands-on role customizing and enhancing applications, leveraging experience with built-in admin, reporting, and development tools
• Manage ongoing reporting of CRM metrics and conduct ongoing research monitoring industry best practices
• Evaluate new application technologies and propose improvements
• Participate in application deficiencies analysis, in collaboration with Business Analysts and 3rd party providers, aiming at improving the application

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant  field
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Expert in MS Office-Project management tools
• Knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of application functionality and configurations
• Knowledge of BI tools will be considered as a plus
