About the role
On behalf of our client, a leading consulting company in the building sector, with 70 offices around the globe, we are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join its growing team in Thessaloniki.
A day in the life of a Mechanical Engineer
You will join a team of 10 electromechanical engineers where your daily routine will be to research and design with modern digital tools, innovative ideas based on modeling methodology (BIM) for large-scale international projects.
Your day-to-day
- Design of Electro-Mechanical installations in buildings
- Application of BIM methods based on standards, guidelines, and tools in the field of E/M installations
- Calculation, dimensioning, and design of E/M installations
- Execute particular technological projects in collaboration with experienced engineers
- Assist in building and enhancing our front end architecture and code quality
- Work to improve overall system architecture and design components to meet those goals
What you will need
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in Knowledge in designing Electro-Mechanical installations based on the methodology of CAD modeling (2D / 3D)
- 3 years of working experience in the study and design of E/M facilities
- Knowledge of BIM Coordination tools (e.g. Revizto) as well as knowledge of design packages such as MicroStation/TriCAD, Revit, etc.
- Very good knowledge of the German language
