A day in the life of a .NET Developer

Your day-to-day

• Discussing and designing software architecture with a motivated and experienced team
• A good deal of coding
• Debugging production code
• Maintaining a working environment with a clear technological vision and future-oriented development approach
• You are responsible for supporting the team by performing work such as product design, documentation, bug verification, release testing and documentation
• Develop, test, and implement code fixes into test environments
• Assist senior team members with issue/bug investigation and resolution
• Collaborate with team members to analyze incoming trouble tickets and recreate reported issues
• Create and document workaround processes when possible
• Use container and PaaS technologies for microservices
• Embrace the cloud
• Write statements to query and update databases
• Document user requirements for minor enhancement requests
• Document test cases for bug-fix and/or minor enhancement requests
• Research new technologies and tools to improve business processes

What you will need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Typically 3 years of proven experience in .NET development
• Proficiency in English is required
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Good understanding of web stack and technologies applications
• Experience with Non-Relational Databases and queries
• Experience in container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
