On behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company located in Athens with a worldwide clientele and a unique ERP product, we are currently looking for a Presales Consultant to join their presales & sales team.

A day in the life of a Presales Consultant

You will be responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and retention by the efficient and flawless deployment of the company’s components, by consulting and supporting worldwide customers on their journey to innovation and simplification.

Your day-to-day

• Support the Account Managers in the sales process
• Map customer and partner requirements to possible solution scenarios
• Execution of customer-specific product demonstrations
• Support the maintenance of demo systems, creation of demo scenarios
• Processing and answering to bids
• Support on fairs and customer/partner events
• Analysis and evaluation of current domain and market trends, competitors, and new technologies 

What you will need

• Degree in Economics, Informatics with Economics or comparable
• Initial experience in the areas of CRM and eCommerce (e.g. Salesforce, Hybris Commerce, Marketo, MS Dynamics CRM)
• Initial experience & interest in the automotive domain (sales or after-sales)
• Enthusiastic about customer contacts
• Proficient in English; proficiency in German is a huge plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Pragmatic approach in a highly dynamic environment
