On behalf of our client, a global IT Services Provider for SAP-centric organizations, we are currently looking for a self-driven SAP BASIS Specialist to join its software development team in Athens.

Your day-to-day

• Installation and management of SAP systems – SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver, additional knowledge with S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA
• Administration of the SAP databases (apply database maintenance, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination, and resolution for typical SAP Database platforms on HANA. Additional MSSQL, Oracle,DB2 LUW)
• Provide technical and customer support and monitor system performance
• Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client)
• Applying SAP Support Packages and SP Stack
• SAP Add-on installation and Add-on upgrade Applying SAP OSS notes
• Overall System Monitoring (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.)
• Analysis of ABAP dumps and system logs errors messages and provides a solution. 

What you will need

• 2+ years’ experience with SAP BASIS Support and Administration
• Willing to work in rotational shifts at US time zone
• Knowledge in System Admin, NW Admin, Basis Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
