About the role
On behalf of our client, the biggest payment services provider in Europe firm, we are currently looking for a Senior .Net Software Engineer who possesses a passion for pushing technologies to the limits to join their team of talented Engineers.
Key Accountabilities
- Designing, developing and maintaining web applications, using state of art Microsoft technologies
- Troubleshooting and optimizing application performance
- Participating in the company’s R & D process in order to create new features.
- Checking code from other developers and coaching junior team members
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience using SQL and Web API, ASP.NET, C#.
- Excellent analytical and good problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Solid experience in designing and developing well-defined API based services
- The ability to perform in a team environment and share knowledge
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical degree
- Microsoft Certified Professional Certification of any level will be a big plus.
- Previous experience in ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript and relevant libraries (jQuery / TypeScript etc.), HTML5/CSS will be considered a plus
