On behalf of our client, a leading global Online Betting and Gaming Company, we are looking for a highly-motivated UI/UX Product Designer with a genuine interest in technology and passion to deliver cutting-edge products to join their agile team in Athens.

A day in the life of a Product Designer

You will be responsible for a wide range of design activities with specific emphasis on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability and ease of use of company’s online products. You will work closely with other Designers to create competitive advantage and offer unique online experience to company’s customers.

Your day to day 

• Be a vital member of discover and ideation phase and Conduct workshops to help identify and understand the project’s strategic goals, user needs and technical constraints that define the design space
• Participate in user interviews to better understand what each user role is trying to accomplish and the problems they are trying to solve
• Collaborate with the project manager by producing artifacts that synthesize findings from the discovery phase
• Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm solutions or ways of approaching the design challenge
• Produce conceptual designs to socialize initial ideas internally and externally, and incorporate design feedback
• Prepare design artifacts for user testing and participate in the sessions by capturing feedback from users
• Produce prototypes that help evaluate the overall flow and experience of the product
• Review the implementation of the designs by the development team to ensure it meets business goals

What you will need

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in UI/UX roles
• Proficient in designing web and Mobile applications
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
• Professional experience with design & prototyping tools
• Exceptional visual design skills and good understanding of CSS & HTML
• Comfortable working in iterative design process
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Usability, A/B Testing and mentoring other designers will be considered as a plus
