On behalf of our client, one of the fastest growing start-up companies based in Holland, providing Cloud, integration and SAAS services to international clients, we are looking for an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to join their technically superior engineering team and work on remote basis.

Role Summary

You will be part of a talented international team of engineers that demonstrates superb technical competency. You will participate in the design of migration projects towards public cloud strategies, propose robust solutions, implement, manage and optimize infrastructures, improve quality and reduce costs for company clients.

Key Accountabilities

• Implementation of technical projects and new technologies for company clients
• Helping clients move on premise environments to the AWS cloud
• Maintaining the IaaS and PaaS environments of customers in AWS using the AWS tooling
• Analyzing customer needs and develop action plan on a range of diverse requirements within IT Infrastructure
• Managing Windows and Linux systems in the cloud and on premise
• Solving customer requests/incidents. Coordinate and process change requests
• Achieving problem-solving management
• Supporting team efforts to perform the business analysis and formulate the relevant requirements
• Supporting on-going operations and projects
• Documenting systems configuration and dependencies

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering 
• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis, integration, design and support in a medium to large size company
• Proven working experience supporting technical configuration of enterprise-wide applications 
• Experience in VMWare architecture is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English language
• Extensive experience of networking design principles and protocols
• Expert with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Google G-Suite for Business
• Experience with ITIL practice and applications 
• A broad understanding of the tools available for analysis, systems design, programming languages, and documentation 
• Experience with working with remote teams

Strong Pluses

• Windows 2012/2016 MCSA or any other technical certifications will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of public cloud providers, preferably AWS
