On behalf of our client, a US leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions for the energy, transportation and industrial markets, we are looking for a BI Manager to join their top-notch engineering team based in Athens.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for managing the team responsible for all facets of the Business Intelligence function including SAP BW, Data Warehouse and BI.

• Direct the progress of all Business Intelligence related projects working with Project Managers, business stakeholders and the Enterprise Analytics team
• Ensure alignment of priorities across business functions and strategic initiatives
• Provide guidance on project delivery approach, defining success criteria, communication plans, resource plans, etc.
• Assist in the analysis, design, develop and test of BI applications/solutions
• Effectively manage resources across production support and projects activities
• Provide architectural guidance around Data and Analytics Strategy

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years exposure in BI
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a managerial role
• Strong experience with Project Management techniques
• Expert in Business Process analysis
• Experience with QlikView and/or Qlik Sense or similar Analytics Visualization tool
• Experience with ETL tools, preferably Alteryx
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving data issues
• Solid experience in analytics space creating data marts and data visualizations
• Review requirements and create functional specs is an essential requirement
