• Business processes modelling
• Analyze functional requirements and business cases
• Risk analysis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Good knowledge of information systems matters
• Demonstrate good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity-relationship model, etc.)
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with an equivalent value
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g.,RUP, Agile)
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
• Competent to speak to business and technical audiences
• Prove strong capacity to give high-level presentations
• Ability to apply high-quality standards.
• Facility to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
• Capable of working in an international/ multicultural environment
