On behalf of our client, a global leader and innovator in Enterprise Information Management Services, we are currently looking for a dynamic IT Solutions Consultant, to join its digital solutions team.

A day in the life of an IT Solutions Consultant

The successful candidate will collaborate with client business and technical staff to determine the functional requirements and integration methodology needed for the design, configuration and deployment of the Digital Solutions.

Your day-to-day

• Perform clients’ needs analysis (CNA) to understand current clients’ business challenges
• Design and implement the solution, including installation, configuration, workflows, reporting, quality checks, training and go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Design and develop integration services and embedding the code in the application
• Provide reports and feedback to Management regarding running projects and make suggestions for improvements
• Identify new opportunities for the specific service (business generation) seeking ways to apply technology to business processes
• Build, develop, and grow relationships vital to the success of the project internally and externally

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
• Programming skills and experience (VB.NET/C#, MS Visual Studio, Web applications, Web Services) is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in programming in SQL/SQL Reports and VBScript is essential
• Demonstrated success in consulting with customers and software implementation projects will be considered a plus
• Relevant experience of 2+ years is considered a strong advantage
• Experience with enterprise content management solutions will be considered an advantage
• Written and verbal fluency in both Greek and English language
