On behalf of our client, a multinational company in consumer products, with a presence in more than 9 countries within Europe and a tradition of 80 years, we are currently looking for a knowledgeable SAP FI Consultant, to join its technical team in Athens.

A day in the life of a SAP FI Consultant

You will be a hands-on team member who will act as the first point of contact for colleagues in his/her domain and will build and deliver innovative solutions under the guidance of the Financials (FI/CO) Senior consultant.

Your day-to-day

• Participate in new projects and SAP Rollouts for the SAP Financials modules including its sub-ledgers (AP, AR, AA, CO-PA)
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops/discussions, document accurately the Financials users’ business requirements & present effectively proposed business processes and solutions
• Design and configure SAP FI solutions
• Develop test plans (e.g., test cases, test data, test scenarios) for executing integration or acceptance tests
• Migrate data and provide hyper-care support
• Provide support (e.g., how to expertise, minor enhancements, bug fixing, monitoring, testing, facilitation of data migration or maintenance with LSM) for business applications to key or end-users
• Deliver end-user training

What you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information Systems or equivalent
• 1 year of SAP FI experience
• Knowledge in the basic financial and accounting principles
• Participation in a full life cycle implementation of SAP is a considerable asset
• Excellent command of the English language
