A day in the life of a Linux Systems Engineer

You will be a valuable member of experienced engineers who participate in the design, delivery & support of monitoring and performance optimization solutions of ICT infrastructures & applications.

Your day to day

• Support company systems and ensure performance & availability
• Design technical solutions and provide guidance to technical team
• Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools
• Develop and maintain configuration management solutions
• Create tools to help teams make the most out of the available infrastructure

What you will need

• 1 year of professional experience in a similar position as a Linux Engineer
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline
• Experience with Linux servers
• Familiarity with Linux scripting languages or any scripting languages (e.g. bash, python)
• Ability to build and monitor services on production servers
