On behalf of our client, one of the most well-known Insurance Multinational Groups specializing in insurance, banking and financial services, we are currently looking for a passionate PL/SQL Developer to join their experienced IT team.

A day in the life of a PL/SQL Developer

Your day-to-day

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL statements in Oracle
• Debugging and Performance Tuning including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL code
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting when needed
• Improve and automate operational processes
• Creation of technical designs
• Support IFRS-17 production operations
• Responsible for IFRS_17 workflows (maintenance & support)

What you will need

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field area
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in PL/SQL development
• Experience in the insurance industry will be considered a plus
• Excellent understanding of the system development life-cycle
