On behalf of our client, a Leading Company in Analytics and AI Solution Provider, we are currently looking for a self-driven Project Manager, to join its aspirated team in Athens.

A day in the life of a Project Manager

You will manage the implementation of sophisticated analytics solutions and help prestigious clients along their digital transformation journey.

Your day-to-day

• Manage project scope according to contractual commitments.

• Identify and manage scope changes and gain commercial agreement with the client.

• Define a project plan acceptable to the client and within the constraints of the contract.

• Take ownership for delivering projects for clients including all aspects of project management and be accountable for the budget and outcomes.

• Manage projects day-to-day ensuring that risks, issues, and dependencies are recorded, escalated, and reported as appropriate.

• Manages all risks & issues through to successful mitigation.

• Complete project status reports and present project status (including financials) at the monthly internal project reviews. Manages commercial budgets scrupulously.

• Build key client relationships and improve project profitability by selling additional work and/or resources into the client.

• Apply PM methodology meticulously whilst adhering to contractual obligations.

• Manage both Executive and Operational level stakeholder relationships. Build key client relationships.

• Comfortable in running workshop sessions with customer teams.

• Equally comfortable managing a single large project or multiple small / medium sized projects simultaneously.

• Provide clear direction to project teams.

• Create satisfied and referenceable customers.

• Support a smooth transition from the Sales cycle into the Implementation phase.

What you will need

• BSc Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant domain

• Minimum of 5 years in the software/services industry with a minimum of 3 years in the role of Project Manager.

• Projects delivered will include any of the following: data warehouse, data analysis, master data management, data science, data migration, structured & self-service reporting.

• Comfortable managing technical resources, be able to grasp technical/business/data issues, and guide the team to resolve project issues

• Demonstrate that has the commercial experience that includes managing projects based on both fixed price and time & materials contracts.

• Experience of working in Professional Services with a sound understanding of the underlying business model.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level

• Capable of developing and delivering formal presentations to senior clients in both delivery and presales situations.

• Recognized Project Management qualification (PMP) is desirable but not mandatory.

• Experience in the data and analytics industry is mandatory.
