On behalf of our client, a major provider of embedded positioning and wireless communication solutions focused on IoT and covering projects worldwide, we are currently looking for a self-motivated Requirements & Configuration Manager to join its experienced and high skilled team of professionals based in Athens.

A day in the life of a Requirements & Configuration Manager

You will report to the Program Manager Team Lead. You will support the Product and Development Teams on questions regarding requirements, traceability and configuration management. This includes maintaining meta structures in company’s tools, conducting trainings, supporting with reviews and spot checks through all phases of the development of safety relevant products and ensuring the quality and traceability of the necessary work products of ISO26262 and ASPICE on a formal level.

Your day to day

• Support Product and Development Teams to create necessary standard work products for ISO26262 and ASPICE in a formal correct way
• Support Process Improvement regarding documentation and tools
• Adapt Jama and other tool meta structure based on change requests to improve efficiency and standard coverage
• Create necessary reports and metric scripts for communication and monitoring
• Review and spot check different documents to identify weaknesses in processes and execution on a formal base on all levels of development (Product Specification, Safety Concepts, Design Documents, Test Specs etc.)
• Supporting the development teams to improve the processes and document structure

What you will need

• BSc in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in requirements and configuration management within an automotive/ avionics/military/industrial environment
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of ISO26262 requirements on documentation/configuration management and traceability
• Writing Reports in Birt/Velocity/Jama Templates (or any other related tool)
• Experience in writing outstanding training materials

Great to have

• Experience in a ASPICE environment
• Experience in Managing Jama Data Types/Relations/Reports
• GNSS Background knowledge
