On behalf of our client, a multinational company in consumer products, with presence in more than 9 countries within Europe and a tradition of 80 years, we are currently looking for a knowledgeable SAP BPC Consultant, to join its technical team in Athens.

A day in the life of a SAP BPC Consultant

You will be a hands-on team member and a dynamic problem solver who will act as the first point of contact for colleagues in his/her domain and will be able to build innovative solutions. Passion for working hand-in-hand with users to drive lasting transformational change is also crucial for the role.

Your day-to-day

• Coordinate with Finance Team users and IS for the changes required for various financial planning, budgeting, consolidation (SAP BPC), and reporting activities within our group
• Capture and prepare functional and technical specifications and implement SAP BPC (BW4HANA) solution for Management Reporting and Consolidation
• Responsible for the required changes in external non-SAP reporting (Sales, Expenses & Inventory) and operational planning tools
• Involved in day-to-day admin activities of BPC (users’ maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization activities, etc.)
• Coordinate with business users for troubleshooting issues during the month-end process or daily problems

What you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree in business information technology or equivalent
• 2-6 years experience as BPC functional consultant in implementing SAP BPC for Consolidations and Planning
• 1-year full life cycle implementation of BPC for Legal and Managerial Consolidations
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, planning, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Excellent command of the English language
